Meet Tim Scheuritzel
B.A, History, Princeton University ‘23
J.D. candidate, Emory University, Expected ‘29
Tim grew up in Philadelphia and learned to row on the water the sport was built on. At The Haverford School, he set the school's lightweight record and pulled a 6:26 2k, earning a seat rowing lightweight at Princeton.
In college he brought his 2k down to 6:17 at 155 pounds and helped power one of the most dominant stretches in Princeton lightweight history. In 2023, his boat went undefeated, swept Eastern Sprints and the IRA National Championships, and raced at the Henley Royal Regatta.
He has lived every part of the path he now coaches: earning the speed, refining the technique, and navigating recruiting to a top program. That is exactly what he helps his athletes do.
